A custom tutu is designed and made to your measurements and presented to you “ready for performance.” We also carry a line of exquisite already-made costumes ready for sale or rent. Our most elaborate tutus are fully decorated, and our pricing will depend on the complexity or the design and type of materials used. Bars are included with instructions for placement.
All custom tutus will be shipped between 12 - 14 weeks after your order is placed. A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering. The remaining balance is due when your order is ready for shipment. Shipping, handling, and insurance charges can be added to your bill or C.O.D.
No changes or cancellations will be permitted once your order is received. Since your costume is custom-made for you, no returns will be accepted. We do stand behind our products under normal wear. In the event of situations beyond our control, Tutus Divine will not be held responsible for any damages or cancellations beyond the monies paid by the purchaser to Tutus Divine.
Once you have selected a costume or have sketched your original design, please follow the directions below.

Mail or fax the completed measurement chart and order form.

Once your order is received, we will call you to verify your order. When everything is confirmed, we will contact you regarding the final cost of your costume.

After you have received the cost of the costume, we require a 50% deposit. The second payment and shipping costs are due when the costume is completed.
